The VP – Data Analytics will be responsible for building a unified view of business performance across all departments, creating compelling data stories, and enabling leadership to make better, faster, and more informed decisions. Key Responsibilities:- Analytics & Reporting ● Own the company-wide analytics framework, ensuring visibility into KPIs across departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, ... HR, Product, Operations). ● Design, implement, and maintain dashboards and scorecards that clearly show where each department stands against goals and benchmarks. ● Ensure reporting consistency, accuracy, and timeliness for leadership reviews. Storytelling & Insights: ● Translate data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for leadership. ● Build narratives that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities. ● Provide forward-looking analysis to help shape business strategies. Cross-Functional Engagement:- ● Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and translate them into analytics needs. ● Standardize KPIs and definitions across the organization for alignment. ● Act as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, helping guide strategic and operational decisions. Team Leadership:- ● Lead and mentor a team of analysts and BI professionals. ● Drive adoption of modern BI and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.). ● Build scalable processes and governance for enterprise reporting. Qualifications & Experience:- ● 15+ years of experience in business analytics, reporting, or business intelligence, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role. ● Proven track record of building enterprise dashboards, performance reporting systems, and executive-level presentations. ● Strong expertise in data visualization tools and KPI frameworks. ● Excellent communication and storytelling skills — ability to simplify complex data into executive-ready insights. ● Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and influencing cross-functional decisions. ● Solid understanding of business processes across multiple functions (sales, finance, operations, etc.).
