As the VP - Global Procurement & Supply Chain at the leading global bank, your role will involve driving global supply chain transformation and delivering innovative solutions across business functions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement global supply chain strategies aligned with cost, risk, and business goals - Manage and optimize supplier relationships, including strategic vendor development - Identify new suppliers and improve supplier performance across regions - Handle contract ownership and financial signing authority as per governance frameworks - Drive stakeholder engagement and deliver exceptional supply chain service - Build strong external networks and generate market intelligence insights - Lead resource planning and ensure efficient supply base management - Work on models like outsourcing, offshore, and make vs buy strategies Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in procurement & supply chain management within large, complex organizations - Expertise in supplier relationship management & contract lifecycle management - Knowledge of contract law and legal frameworks in supply chain - Experience in cost optimization, financial management, and strategic sourcing - Ability to work with global stakeholders and drive business outcomes - Exposure to Agile ways of working and transformation initiatives.
