As the VP / Head E-commerce & Quick Commerce at our client's leading consumer goods company, your role is crucial in driving the overall P&L of the e-commerce and quick commerce business. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to boost revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and optimize operational efficiency. Collaboration with various teams such as marketing, supply chain, technology, and finance is essential to achieve business objectives and capture a larger share of the online market.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the e-commerce and quick commerce strategy in alignment with broader business goals.- Manage the P&L for all channels, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.- Drive revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and product assortment strategies.- Enhance customer experience by optimizing website/app usability, improving delivery speed, and providing excellent service.- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.- Negotiate and manage relationships with key marketplace partners for optimal visibility.- Oversee digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights for growth opportunities.- Optimize supply chain and logistics operations for efficient order fulfillment and timely delivery.- Monitor and report on KPIs, providing updates to senior management.Required Skillset:- Proven track record in managing and growing e-commerce businesses with P&L responsibility.- Deep understanding of D2C and marketplace business models with successful strategy execution.- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and data-driven decisions.- Excellent leadership and team management skills to motivate and inspire teams.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.- Experience in digital marketing strategies and supply chain operations in e-commerce.- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.- 10-15 years of relevant e-commerce and quick commerce experience.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
