VP of Marketing and Revenue Growth (India) Employment Type: Full-time Industry: EdTech (B2B + B2C) Experience: 15–20 Years Location: Remote (India) About the Role We are looking for a senior marketing leader who has built and scaled marketing functions from the ground up and successfully aligned marketing with revenue outcomes. This role goes beyond traditional branding — you will own the complete marketing engine and ensure direct contribution to pipeline, enrollments, partnerships, and revenue growth across both B2B and B2C segments. You will work closely with the leadership, marketing, and sales teams to build a predictable and scalable revenue model. Key Responsibilities Develop & Execute Revenue-Driven Marketing Strategy Build and implement integrated marketing strategies across B2B and B2C segments aligned with revenue and growth targets. Own Demand Generation & Performance Marketing Drive lead generation, digital acquisition, and funnel optimization across paid and organic channels while improving CAC, ROAS, and conversion metrics. Align Marketing with Sales for Revenue Growth Work closely with sales to improve MQL–SQL conversions, pipeline quality, and revenue forecasting. Lead Go-To-Market & Brand Positioning Define positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies for new programs and offerings in the EdTech space. Build & Scale the Marketing Team Lead and mentor the existing marketing team, establish processes, KPIs, and scale the function as the business grows. Drive Data-Led Decision Making Implement dashboards, analytics frameworks, and performance tracking to ensure measurable marketing impact. Requirements 15–20 years of marketing experience with at least 5+ years in leadership roles. Proven experience scaling marketing from early stage to growth phase. Strong exposure to both B2B and B2C marketing models. Experience in EdTech / SaaS / Digital Learning industry preferred. Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnel optimisation, and revenue metrics. Demonstrated success in aligning marketing with sales revenue targets.
