We are seeking a Wealth Relationship Manager to manage relationships with distributors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) by providing personalized investment strategies. Position Overview: Seeking dynamic and strategic Product Managers to lead and manage partnerships for distributing Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). The role aims to expand product offerings, enhance distribution networks, and drive sales growth through brokers and wealth managers. Key Responsibilities • Partnership Development • Identify and evaluate potential partnerships with Mutual Fund companies, AIFs, and PMS providers. • Conduct due diligence to assess their suitability for fundraising and distribution initiatives. • Sales and Network Expansion • Collaborate with brokers and wealth managers to drive sales and expand product distribution. • Onboard new brokers and clients through Analah- Risify’s B2B2C team with presentations, webinars, and client engagements. • Work closely with 8,000+ distribution partners to ensure consistent growth and profitability. Negotiation and Agreement Management • Lead pricing negotiations and secure agreements with Mutual Fund houses, PMS providers, and AIF managers. • Ensure all agreements comply with regulatory standards and align with business objectives. Assess their Product Integration and Onboarding • Oversee the seamless integration of new products into distribution platforms. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational readiness. Relationship Management • Build and nurture relationships with companies (Mutual Funds, AIFs, PMS), brokers, and wealth managers. • Serve as the primary contact for partnership-related activities. Strategic Planning and Market Analysis • Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends and investor preferences. • Develop strategies to enhance distribution capabilities and diversify product offerings. Performance Monitoring • Track product and partnership performance against key objectives. • Provide detailed insights and reports to senior management. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence • Ensure all activities adhere to SEBI guidelines and other relevant regulations. • Stay updated on regulatory changes and impact on partnerships.
