Key Responsibilities • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites (themes, plugins, performance tuning) • Build and optimize responsive, high-performance web applications • Implement AI-driven features such as chatbots, content automation, analytics, and personalization • Automate website and internal workflows to reduce manual effort • Integrate third-party systems including CRM, booking engines, payment gateways, and AI APIs • Ensure website security, uptime, scalability, and compliance with best practices • Execute updates aligned with marketing, branding, and conversion goals • Troubleshoot issues and deliver timely resolutions • Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience as a Web Developer • Strong hands-on experience with WordPress (custom themes, plugins, core optimization) • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP • Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React / Angular / Vue preferred) • Working knowledge of databases and back-end technologies • Exposure to AI tools, APIs, and automation platforms • Experience with Git, hosting environments, and deployment workflows • Solid understanding of performance optimization and web security Preferred • Experience integrating AI tools (chatbots, OpenAI APIs, recommendation systems) • Knowledge of automation platforms (Zapier, Make, custom scripts) • Experience in hospitality, travel, or e-commerce platforms • SEO, CMS optimization, and conversion rate optimization experience.
