We are hiring Website Developer to strengthen our digital delivery capability. This role sits at the intersection of modern web development, UI / UX design, and automation , supporting website builds as well as SEO, digital marketing, and CRM integration initiatives. You will work closely with a small, ... fast-moving team and be expected to take ownership of end-to-end website development—from structure and design to integrations and performance. Key Responsibilities Website Development • Build, customize, and deploy websites on Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, and Wix • Develop modern, component-based interfaces using React • Ensure websites are responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile UI / UX Excellence • Design clean, conversion-focused layouts with strong visual hierarchy • Make thoughtful decisions on navigation, menus, content placement, and user flows • Translate brand and business requirements into elegant digital experiences Automation & Integrations • Build automation to support SEO, digital marketing, and CRM workflows • Integrate websites with CRM platforms, marketing tools, analytics, and third-party services • Support internal teams with lightweight tools, scripts, and integrations where needed Performance & Optimization • Ensure fast load times, SEO-friendly structure, and clean code • Implement best practices for accessibility and cross-browser compatibility Collaboration & Delivery • Work effectively in a remote, small-team environment • Communicate clearly with designers, marketers, and automation teams • Take ownership of tasks and deliver with minimal supervision Required Skills & Experience • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, and Wix • Solid React development experience • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and modern frontend practices • Proven ability to design and build high-quality UI / UX • Experience working in a digital marketing, design, or creative agency (preferred) • Experience with website automation, APIs, and integrations • Familiarity with SEO best practices from a development perspective AI & Modern Tooling • Experience using AI tools to accelerate development, design, testing, and content workflows • Ability to leverage AI intelligently to improve quality, speed, and consistency Personal Attributes • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership • Curious, fast learner, and continuously improving skills • Committed, reliable, and responsive in a remote setup • Comfortable working with a small, high-trust team • Strong communication skills What We Offer • Fully remote work environment • Opportunity to shape digital experiences across multiple brands and industries • Exposure to modern automation, AI-assisted workflows, and growth projects • A high-impact role in a lean, growing team
