Role Overview We are looking for a relationship-driven Wedding & Gifting Partnerships Manager with strong connect ions within the wedding planner ecosystem.This role focuses on building strategic partnerships with wedding planners and luxury event curators, generating qualified leads, and closing high-value wedding orders across invitations, gifting, and packaging.You will act as the bridge between planners, families, and our in-house design and production teams. What You’ll Be Responsible For - 1) Planner Relationship Development • Build and nurture strong relationships with wedding planners, event stylists, and luxury wedding agencies • Position Ekaani as the preferred partner for invitation boxes and wedding gifting • Conduct planner meets, showcase events, and one-on-one presentations 2) Sales & Conversion • Convert planner-referred clients into confirmed orders • Lead wedding consultations alongside planners and families • Close high-ticket wedding orders across invitations, trousseau packaging, and curated gifting • Drive upselling opportunities within each wedding 3) Coordination & Execution • Act as the single point of contact between planners and internal teams • Ensure seamless execution from sampling to final delivery • Manage timelines, follow-ups, and communication 4) Revenue Ownership • Own revenue targets for planner-led business • Track pipeline, conversion rate, and repeat planner business • Maintain CRM and weekly reporting Who We’re Looking For • 4–8 years of experience in wedding sales, luxury retail, or event industry • Strong existing network of wedding planners in Delhi or Mumbai • Proven ability to close high-value deals • Comfortable working with HNI clients • Strong presentation and negotiation skills • Highly organized and proactive This role is ideal for someone who already knows the key wedding planners in the city, can open doors quickly, understands how the wedding ecosystem functions, and thinks in long-term partnerships — not one-time sales.
