We partner with leading security platforms including Zscaler to deliver large-scale Zero Trust deployments for enterprise customers across the United States. Our team consists of elite cybersecurity professionals who specialize in Zero Trust transformation and enterprise-grade cloud security architecture. We are currently hiring highly experienced Zscaler Zero Trust Success Managers (ZTSMs) who can independently lead enterprise Zscaler deployments and guide customers through their Zero Trust transformation journey. Role Overview The Zero Trust Success Manager (ZTSM) is a senior customer-facing technical role responsible for ensuring the successful deployment, adoption, and optimization of Zscaler Zero Trust solutions. You will work directly with enterprise customers to design, deploy, and operationalize Zscaler environments including ZIA, ZPA, and Zero Trust Digital Transformation architectures. This role requires strong technical expertise, exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple enterprise deployments autonomously. Key Responsibilities Customer Success & Deployment - Lead large-scale Zscaler deployments for enterprise customers. - Architect and implement Zero Trust network security models. - Guide customers through Zero Trust Digital Transformation initiatives. - Ensure successful deployment and adoption of: - ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access) - ZPA (Zscaler Private Access) - Provide technical guidance on best practices for Zero Trust architecture. Customer Engagement - Deliver high-impact technical presentations and workshops. - Conduct daily customer meetings via video conferencing (Zoom). - Translate technical architectures into business outcomes for stakeholders. - Build trusted relationships with enterprise security teams. Technical Leadership - Troubleshoot deployment challenges and optimize configurations. - Collaborate with customer security teams to align architecture with security policies. - Provide strategic guidance on Zero Trust maturity and roadmap planning. Program Execution - Manage multiple simultaneous enterprise deployments. - Ensure deployments stay aligned with project timelines. - Deliver customer success outcomes independently within 2 weeks of joining. Required Qualifications Certifications Candidates must hold: - ZDTA – Zscaler Digital Transformation Architect - ZDTE – Zscaler Digital Transformation Engineer ⚠ Applications without ZDTE certification will not be reviewed. Required Experience Candidates must have ONE of the following within the past 5 years: - Commissioned Sales Engineer at a security vendor (e.g., Zscaler) - Full-time employee at an organization with 5,000+ employees Additionally: - Minimum 2 years hands-on Zscaler Professional or Managed Services - OR - Minimum 4 years Zscaler Technical Support experience Highly Preferred Certifications Candidates with the following certifications will receive priority consideration: - ZIA Delivery Specialist - ZPA Delivery Specialist - ZIA Support Specialist - ZPA Support Specialist - CISSP Work Workplace Requirements Because this role is highly customer-facing, candidates must maintain a professional remote work environment. Requirements include: - Quiet and dedicated home office - Reliable high-speed internet connection - Professional headset or microphone - Ability to participate in continuous video meetings - Camera-on Zoom participation throughout the workday - Clear and uninterrupted audio quality Work Schedule - Monday – Friday - U.S. Business Hours - Timesheets logged 8 AM – 5 PM - Occasional extended availability may be required: - Up to 5 PM PST - Limited weekend availability when requested by customers.
