Job Requirements Job Description Role/ Job Title: Zonal HR Business Partner Function/ Department: HR Business Partner Job Purpose: • The Zonal Human Resource Business Partner plays a strategic role in aligning HR initiatives with business goals across multiple zones. This position requires close collaboration with senior HR and business leaders to drive impactful HR programs, ensure consistency in execution, and foster a culture of innovation and customer centricity. The role demands strong influencing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver results without direct authority. Roles & Responsibilities: • Understand the business context and ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives. • Collaborate with regional and zonal HRBP colleagues to maintain consistency across locations. • Build rapport with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance. • Drive and measure the impact of centrally led HR initiatives across the country. • Lead the delivery of HR products and solutions through effective collaboration with business leaders, HR CoEs, and internal stakeholders. • Utilize HR analytics to support decision-making, influence leadership, and design dashboards to measure HR effectiveness. • Introduce innovative practices and thinking into the HRBP function. • Communicate HR strategies and execution plans effectively to enhance HRBP visibility and influence. Secondary Responsibilities: • Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. • Embrace an “Always You First” approach in all interactions and work practices. • Research global HR and business trends, align them with internal context, and implement best-fit practices. Secondary Responsibilities: • Support organizational initiatives related to culture, compliance, and leadership development from an ER perspective. • Contribute to cross-functional projects and committees as the ER representative. Education Qualification: Graduation in any discipline. Post-Graduation: Any Postgraduate Experience: • 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in HR business partnering or related HR functions. Skills and Attributes • Strong influencing skills without formal authority. • Detail-oriented with excellent stakeholder management capabilities. • Strategic thinking combined with execution excellence. • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on business impact. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in HR practices.
