As a Zonal Sales Manager for our premier client in sustainable mobility and energy infrastructure, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth in your designated zone. Your responsibilities will include: - Achieving zonal revenue targets across product categories and territories by implementing effective sales strategies. - Forecasting and tracking zone-wise sales performance ... on a monthly/quarterly basis to ensure continuous growth. - Identifying, onboarding, and nurturing high-potential dealers and channel partners to enhance market penetration. - Monitoring dealer performance, ensuring adherence to brand standards, and resolving issues promptly. - Owning and managing the Profit & Loss statement for the zone to optimize cost structures and drive profitability. - Identifying new business opportunities within the zone and launching new products with a go-to-market strategy. - Leading, motivating, and developing a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives to achieve set goals. - Providing regular performance updates, market insights, and competitor analysis to senior leadership. Qualifications and Experience: - Excellent communication and negotiation skills at the leadership level. - Prior experience working with Founder/Entrepreneur/ Promoter-driven organizations is an advantage. - PG Diploma in Sales and Marketing or MBA from a well-regarded institute. - 10+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Dealer Development, and managing large teams. - Experience in the Automobile/Luxury Consumer industry is highly preferable. - Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, volatile, and ambiguous start-up environment with an entrepreneurial mindset. - Strong multitasking abilities and willingness to travel extensively within the zone.
